At Expolista, we aim to deliver high-quality exhibitor lists and a smooth purchasing experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for digital products delivered through our platform.

1. Digital Goods – General Rule

All exhibitor lists sold on Expolista are digital files (CSV/XLSX). Once the files are delivered, they cannot be returned.

Under EU digital content rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply after digital goods have been delivered.

Accordingly:

All completed and delivered purchases are generally final.

2. When You May Request a Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if one of the following applies:

  • You did not receive the files after payment
  • The files are corrupted or cannot be opened
  • There was a technical issue preventing access or download
  • You were charged by mistake and did not access the files

We will verify the issue and help resolve it quickly.

3. How Refunds Are Processed (via Paddle)

Expolista uses Paddle as its payment provider and Merchant of Record.

This means:

  • Paddle handles billing
  • Paddle issues invoices
  • Paddle processes refund payments

Your refund request will be reviewed through Paddle's system.

Refunds are issued only by Paddle, not directly by Expolista.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A short description of the issue

We will help troubleshoot the problem and, if applicable, coordinate the refund through Paddle.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be issued when:

  • The files were successfully delivered and accessed
  • You changed your mind after receiving the product
  • Data did not meet personal expectations (as exhibitor lists may vary by event and source)
  • You purchased the wrong event and already downloaded the files
  • You request a refund outside the 14-day window, unless required by law
