Expolista provides access to exhibitor data aggregated from publicly available, official tradeshow sources. We organize and format this data into downloadable files.

The data we offer is not generated, invented, or altered; it is collected and structured using automated systems.

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Paddle manages:

• billing
• invoicing
• VAT/GST compliance
• payment processing

When you make a purchase, you enter into a contract with Paddle.

Exhibitor lists are delivered as digital files. Once delivered, they cannot be returned.

Under EU digital content rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply after delivery.

However, you may request a refund if:

• the files are not delivered,
• the files are corrupted,
• or there is a technical issue preventing access.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Paddle. Contact: support@expolista.com

When you purchase an exhibitor list, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

You may not:

• resell, republish, or redistribute the data
• share the files with third parties
• upload the files to public platforms
• use the data to build a competing service
• scrape, harvest, or automate access to our platform
• reverse engineer or attempt to copy our systems

All intellectual property remains with Expolista.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but exhibitor lists depend on publicly available event information.

We do not guarantee:

• completeness of data
• accuracy of exhibitor details
• real-time updates from tradeshow organizers
• suitability of data for your specific business purpose

Your use of the data is at your own discretion.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchased file.

We are not responsible for business decisions, financial outcomes, or damages resulting from use of the data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

• misuse
• suspicious activity
• violation of these Terms
• attempts to bypass security
• unauthorized sharing of purchased data

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, where our company is registered.

Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming, USA.
