About this Edition
From 4 to 6 August 2026, CAFERES Japan welcomed key players in the café, bakery, and sweets sectors. As the country’s most significant B2B platform in this field, the trade fair provided strong business opportunities for manufacturers, suppliers, HoReCA, and retail professionals alike. Close to 350 companies from around the globe exhibited their products and services in the South Hall of Tokyo Big Sight. More than 44,000 buyers explored trends and solutions that enhanced the success of their establishments.
CAFERES Japan 2026 featured a wide range of offerings organized into three thematic segments:
- Café Area for coffee, tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee machines, tableware, kitchen equipment, hygiene items, and sanitation devices.
- Bakery and Sweets Area for flour and dough, yeast, dairy products, oils, chocolate, fruit and other fillings, frozen foods, baking and confectionery equipment.
- Takeout and Delivery Area for packaging materials and equipment, order systems, delivery vehicles, and services.
In addition to the CAFERES Japan exhibition and seminar program, professionals attended concurrent events such as Fermex Japan, dedicated to fermentation and brewing, Inbound Food Business, centered on food tourism, and Wellness Food Japan, focused on healthy, organic, and functional foods.
