Fakuma 2023

The 28th edition of Fakuma 2023, a leading trade fair for plastics processing, took place at Messe Friedrichshafen from 17 to 21 October 2023. Following a successful reboot in 2021, the event continued to showcase the transformation of the plastics processing industry, addressing EU regulations, and introducing new production solutions, recycling, and upcycling concepts.

Since its inception in 1981, Fakuma Friedrichshafen has consistently been rated as a top international trade show. The event is organized annually by P.E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG and has become a pivotal platform for discussing the future of plastics.

Fakuma 2023 featured a comprehensive display of injection moulding, extrusion technology, thermoforming, forming technology, 3D printing, and process engineering solutions. Emphasis was placed on digitalisation, sustainability, efficiency, and the circular economy for plastic products. Visitors had the opportunity to explore a variety of machines, equipment, tools, parts, raw materials, semi-finished products, compounds, and additives.
