About this Edition
The Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre hosted Gulfood 2026, a premier F&B trade fair in the MENA region, from 26 to 30 January 2026. The event attracted over 100,000 visitors and more than 5,500 exhibitors, offering an extensive five-day expo experience.
Throughout the show, attendees discovered new product lines and specialized zones, including Gulfood Green, Gulfood Innovation Tech Hub, Gulfhost, Gulfood Logistics, and Gulfood Startups. These additions provided a holistic view of the evolving F&B industry. More than 1,000,000 ingredients and products were showcased across 24 halls, featuring over 120 country pavilions and thematic areas like the Legacy and Innovation spaces.
During the event, the Gulfood Top Table, the YouthX Young Chef Challenge, the Gulfood Discovery Tours, and the Innovation Awards stood out as key highlights. Insightful discussions and presentations were led by 60 industry experts. In addition, masterclasses with renowned Michelin-starred chefs enriched the knowledge of attendees.
