IDEA 2022 took place at the Miami Beach Convention Center from 28 – 31 March 2022, marking a significant gathering for the nonwovens and engineered fabrics industry. The event showcased hundreds of exhibitors and attracted thousands of attendees from around the globe, emphasizing its stance as a benchmark event.

Throughout the show, over 500 exhibitors and 6,500 visitors from 75 countries engaged on the show floor. Representatives from diverse sectors such as hygiene, medical products, and construction materials came together to connect and discuss business opportunities. In addition, the co-located FiltXPO provided further networking possibilities in the realms of filtration and separation.

During the event, a series of courses titled “Nonwoven essentials” was available, led by industry experts. These courses covered a range of topics, including industrial and consumer wipes, and patent searching. The IDEA Achievement Awards, held on 30 March, recognized innovation across six categories, celebrating advancements in the industry.
