The International Food & Drink Event (IFE) of 2025 was a notable gathering in London's trade show calendar. From 17 to 19 March 2025, ExCeL London hosted this key biennial event, which ran in conjunction with four other industry-related shows: IFE Manufacturing, The Pub Show, HRC, and International Salon Culinaire. Together, they formed part of the Food, Drink & Hospitality Week.

A highlight of IFE 2025 was the World Food Innovation Awards, where participants competed in categories such as Best Product 2025, Best Business 2025, and Best Innovations 2025.
