About this Edition
From the 24th to the 26th of April, Messe Bremen in Germany hosted the much-anticipated jazzahead! 2025. The event kicked off with a grand opening on the evening of the 23rd, setting the stage for a vibrant gathering of jazz enthusiasts and professionals. Over 3,000 attendees had the opportunity to network and delve into the latest industry developments.
Throughout the show, exhibitors from Germany and abroad, including artists, producers, labels, agencies, distributors, and associations, showcased their offerings. The jazzahead! 2025 also introduced the ReConnect initiative, spotlighting Spain, France, and Switzerland as a partner region for the first time. This collaboration featured a shared stand, presentations, and a series of concerts celebrating the three countries' contributions to jazz.
The jazzahead! conference complemented the event with panel discussions and workshops on current topics. These ranged from the integration of AI in jazz to the impact of streaming platforms and funding opportunities within the industry.
