The RWM 2024 event, standing for Resource & Waste Management, was the premier gathering for waste, resource, and sustainability professionals in the United Kingdom. Held at the NEC Birmingham from the 11th to the 12th of September 2024, the expo brought together over 500 exhibitors to showcase the latest products and services in the recycling and waste management sector.

Throughout the show, RWM 2024 was co-located with ESS 2024 - Environmental Services & Solutions Expo, providing attendees with an expanded content program and a comprehensive showcase. The event featured six dedicated zones: Collections & Transport, Machinery & Equipment, Recycling Services, Trucks in Action, Energy From Waste, and an Outdoor Area. In addition, the Live Demo Area offered a dynamic exhibition space where attendees could test equipment such as shredders, balers, and material handlers in action.

During the event, a dedicated seminar theatre became a hub for knowledge exchange, offering community-based solutions and initiatives to support local authorities in achieving their sustainability goals.
