The 35th edition of Salon de Gourmets, held from 25 to 28 April 2022, showcased Europe's leading fine food and beverage offerings. Hosted in Madrid, Spain, the event gathered more than 1500 brands and attracted over 75,000 professionals from the catering, hotel, and restaurant sectors, among others.

Throughout the show, nearly 40,000 products were on display, including around 1500 exclusive premieres.
