The 36th edition of Salon de Gourmets took place from 17th to 20th April 2023 at IFEMA – Fiera de Madrid, marking another successful year for Europe's leading fine food and beverages trade show. Over 75,000 trade professionals gathered to connect, discover, and discuss the latest in gastronomy.
