The 38th edition of Salon de Gourmets took place from 7 to 10 April 2025 at IFEMA - Feria de Madrid. This premier event showcased an impressive array of fine food and beverages, drawing in a crowd of over 106,000 trade visitors. With nearly 2,000 exhibitors, attendees had the opportunity to explore a diverse selection of over 50,000 premium products.

During the event, the exhibition was segmented into four main sectors: Food, Drinks and Beverages, Publishing Houses, and Related Services and Equipment. For instance, the Wine Tunnel featured tastings and classes from Spanish wineries, while the Innovation Area highlighted trendy gourmet products and advanced production technologies.

Moreover, the MAPA The Tastiest Country in the World initiative showcased the finest Spanish quality labels through conference sessions, presentations, and slow cooking demonstrations. The EVOO Tunnel provided a platform for promoting a variety of extra virgin olive oils.
