About this Edition
Known as one of the most influential gourmet trade fairs in Europe, Salon de Gourmets will return from 26 to 29 April 2027 at IFEMA - Feria de Madrid. The event will deliver a multifaceted programme with varied product displays, over 1,300 product launches, and more than 1,500 diverse activities, including masterclasses, conferences, and award ceremonies.
SG27 will welcome 2,000 well-known companies to present advanced products and solutions encompassing the entire F&B industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore various stands and product zones showcasing over 55,000 high-quality products. Spanning 5 halls and more than 70,000 sq m of exhibition space, IFEMA will transform into a gourmet centre and a meeting hub for professionals to gather, collaborate and discover what is new in the sector.
The comprehensive programme will engage visitors in more than 1,500 educational and networking activities aimed at delivering an unrivalled experience, expert insights and new possibilities for doing business with peers and inspiring people from the industry. Networking will be encouraged, and more than 5,300 business meetings among participants will be facilitated during SG27. The eagerly anticipated Salon de Gourmets Awards will honour the most outstanding achievements in the categories: best international product, best packaging, innovation, and best organic product. In addition, masterclasses, pizza tastings and championships such as the Spanish Gourmet Pizza Championship and the Spanish Sommelier Championship will enrich the event agenda.
