Close to 180,000 visitors from over 155 countries attended SIGEP 2025, where they encountered more than 1,000 exhibitors. These exhibitors showcased their latest creations across eight exhibition areas, including Dolce, Gelato, Pastry, Coffee, Bakery, and Choko arenas.
