About this Edition
The highly anticipated China (Guangzhou) International Exhibition for Steel Construction & Metal Building Materials, also known as STEEL BUILD, prepared for its 15th edition. It took place from 8 to 10 May 2026 at the Poly World Trade Center. Organised by Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group in cooperation with reputable industry associations and government institutions, the event ranked among the leading platforms for professionals in all sectors related to steel structure construction.
STEEL BUILD 2026 brought to Guangzhou approximately 100,000 trade visitors. More than 800 companies showcased their latest products across 50,000 square metres of exhibition space. Buyers from China and beyond found a myriad of sourcing opportunities in the areas of structural steel, panels, connection equipment, safety systems, metal roofing, processing and testing equipment, specialised software, and more. Networking and expertise sharing were facilitated through conference sessions and other activities.
Numerous events with themes that complemented STEEL BUILD 2026 were held simultaneously. Among the most notable were China Int’l Integrated Housing Industry & Building Industrialization Expo, China (Guangzhou) International Exhibition for Steel Construction & Metal Building Materials, and Mainland and Hong Kong Smart Construction Development Forum.
