About this Edition
The 17th edition of SteelFab, the leading trade show for metalworking and steel fabrication in the MENA region, took place from 10 to 13 January 2022. Hosted in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, the event drew over 300 exhibitors and 7,000 visitors to the Expo Centre Sharjah. The show was a hub for industry professionals to explore over 700 brands and engage in meaningful business opportunities.
Throughout the show, attendees had the chance to witness the rapid evolution of the metal fabrication industry, including advancements in the Internet of Things and connected machinery solutions. SteelFab 2022 was organized into four main segments: Welding and Cutting, Machine Tools, Pipe and Tube Machinery, and Wear Resistance. This structure allowed for a focused exploration of each specialty area.
During the event, a supporting programme enriched the experience with welding competitions and technical seminars. The concurrent Fasteners World Middle East exhibition also provided additional networking opportunities within the fastener and fixing industry.
