The agri-food sector convened in Milan for another edition of TUTTOFOOD. From 11 to 14 May, the trade fair showcased the latest innovations, food trends, and market insights. Occupying ten pavilions at Fiera Milano, the event featured over 4,200 Italian and international brands. Approximately 95,000 visitors attended, sourcing products and participating in tastings, educational sessions, and business meetings.

TUTTOFOOD 2026 covered the entire food and beverage supply chain. To enhance the experience for attendees, the organisers arranged the exhibition space to facilitate productive visits and easy navigation. Eight thematic segments were available: Dairy; Meat, cured meats and proteins; Deli, frozen and seafood; Grocery; Beverages and mixology experience; Bakery and snacks; Confectionery and coffee; Fruit and vegetables. Leading producers used the TUTTOFOOD platform to introduce their new products to a highly qualified audience.

The on-site programme included conference sessions on key topics such as sustainability and the circular economy, AI and digitalisation in the sector, shifts in retail and HoReCa demands, as well as global issues and perspectives. Additionally, the Fuorisalone concept provided opportunities for companies interested in B2C events through a series of special initiatives set in Milan’s central areas.
