Winter Fancy Food Show 2022

The 46th edition of the Winter Fancy Food Show took place from February 6 to 8, 2022, at the Las Vegas Convention Center's South Hall. This event, the first of two annual Fancy Food Shows, resumed in-person after a two-year hiatus, drawing industry professionals from the US and beyond.

During the event, the Specialty Food Association's (SFA) Winter Fancy Food Show 2022 showcased a variety of activities. Educational seminars, networking opportunities, workshops, and the SFA Marketplace were among the highlights. Industry experts spoke on key topics, including the latest trends and innovations. The show also featured award ceremonies, such as the semi Awards.

Attendees had the chance to join Vegas Food Tours on the evenings of February 7 and afternoons of February 9. These tours offered a taste of signature dishes from multiple restaurants in Las Vegas, with limited registration available.

Throughout the show, the Winter Fancy Food Show 2022 was open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on February 6 and 7, and until 4:00 pm on February 8. The SFA's Opening Night Happy Hour on Sunday, February 6, provided an additional opportunity for attendees to enjoy snacks and make new connections.
