About this Edition
The World Olive Oil Exhibition 2023 took place at IFEMA Madrid from 7 to 8 March 2023. As the world's largest event dedicated to olive oil, it served as a hub for producers and consumers from around the globe. Over 1,000 companies and more than 1,500 brands from 47 countries, including Germany, Armenia, Belgium, Turkey, and Norway, showcased their products.
Throughout the show, visitors engaged with different types of olive oil, innovative packaging designs, and the latest technologies. The event featured several themed areas and booths, each offering a unique glimpse into the world of olive oil.
During the event, attendees had the chance to taste top premium extra virgin olive oils at The Olive Oil Bar. Interactive presentations by producers in the Tasting Sessions area provided in-depth knowledge of their finest offerings. The WOOE Challenge saw professional chefs compete, while the Olive Oil Delicatessen Awards and the Gourmet Area by Chef KIKE PIÑEIRO highlighted the culinary aspects of the industry.
