About this Edition
The 40th anniversary of Art Brussels 2024 took place from the 25th to the 28th of April at the Brussels Expo. This event marked a significant milestone for Europe's contemporary art scene, bringing together a diverse group of art enthusiasts, collectors, and professionals.
Over 25,000 visitors had the opportunity to engage with a wide array of artistic expressions presented by at least 150 contemporary galleries. The show floor was thoughtfully arranged into three main sections: Discovery, Prime, and Rediscovery. These categories respectively showcased recent works, pieces by established artists, and creations by under-recognized 20th-century artists.
Throughout the show, Art Brussels 2024 also featured artistic projects and SOLO presentations. These were carefully selected by an international jury, highlighting the work of independent artists. Daily guided visits offered participants a comprehensive view of the art on display, enriching their experience with expert insights.
