The 28th edition of the renowned spring event for modern and contemporary art, Art Paris, took place in Paris from 9 to 12 April 2026. The exquisite halls of Grand Palais Éphémère welcomed almost 87,000 visitors from France and abroad eager to explore the contemporary art scene and find standout art and design pieces.

Art Paris 2026 hosted over 170 French and international galleries presenting works of distinctive character. The art show was organized under two major themes:

• Babel: Art and Language in France by Loïc Le Gall, which immersed visitors in a rich landscape of collaborative creativity;
• Reparation by Alexia Fabre, which focused on exploring contemporary practice through the transformative power of healing and restoration.

The impressive art display was organized across various areas, including The Promises area for emerging artists and galleries, which welcomed more than 25 galleries that were less than a year old. In addition, after the successful launch in 2025, the French Design Art Edition returned with a sector dedicated to design and contemporary decorative arts curated by Jean-Paul Bath and Sandy Saad. Over 25 solo shows and 5 exhibitions by private and institutional partners offered an exciting experience to all Art Paris attendees.
