About this Edition
The global wedding fashion industry prepared for the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2026 (also known as BBFW). The organisers arranged two separate timeframes to optimise the event experience: fashion shows took place from 22 to 25 April, while the trade show occurred from 24 to 26 April. This event was hosted at Fira Barcelona - Montjuïc, featuring leading companies from around the world.
More than 400 brands exhibited their collections, and approximately 40 designers presented their latest creations on the catwalk. BBFW 2026 highlighted classic and contemporary bridal couture, expanding its offerings to include unique red-carpet creations. Buyers had the opportunity to discover the latest trends in formalwear and attire for special occasions.
Under the motto On the Shoulders of Giants, the event focused on the contributions of inspirational female designers, such as Lilly Reich, and their impact on the fashion and art scenes. Renowned and emerging Catalan brands, including Yolancris and Marta Martí, were prominently featured during the event. The celebratory 10th edition of Barcelona Bridal Night showcased an acclaimed international designer.
