From 17 to 19 September 2025, the Fi Asia Thailand welcomed over 23,000 attendees from around the globe. Held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, this event stood out as the premier trade fair for the food ingredients sector in Southeast Asia.

Throughout the show, Fi Asia Thailand 2025 fostered innovation, business collaboration, and sustainable growth within the F&B industry. The event was held concurrently with Vistafoods Asia 2025, a key gathering for the ASEAN nutraceuticals network, focusing on the future of health nutrition.

A diverse array of product categories was showcased, including ingredients and additives, finished food and beverage products, import and export services, contract manufacturing, pet food, and animal nutrition, alongside sweeteners and sugar replacements.

During the event, the side program featured a variety of networking and innovation-driven activities. Events such as the Innovation Startup Challenge, Innovation Tours, Innovation Zone, and the Future Food Workshop engaged participants. The Start-up Innovation Awards recognized the most impressive advancements in the food industry, celebrating the disruptors reshaping our food landscape.
