About this Edition
From 30 October to 3 November, Salon du Chocolat 2024 transformed Paris into a hub for chocolate, cocoa, and pastry professionals. Pavilion 5 of Paris expo Porte de Versailles was the stage for this event, which welcomed over 500 exhibitors and nearly 100,000 visitors from around the globe.
During the event, the trade show served as both a family-friendly festival and a significant B2B platform. Manufacturers, chocolatiers, confectioners, pastry chefs, artisans, and cocoa-producing countries were among the diverse participants.
