The Salon International de l’Agriculture (SIA) 2023 welcomed a diverse crowd to the Paris expo Porte de Versailles this past spring. Following the previous year's success, the event showcased a wide array of animals, products, and activities for both local and international visitors.

A notable moment at the show was the selection of the 'mascot cow' for the upcoming edition, symbolizing the event's connection to the livestock sector.

During the event, SIA 2023 also presented programs aimed at recruiting and supporting newly set-up farmers, reflecting the industry's commitment to nurturing the next generation of agricultural professionals.
