The Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2023 in London was the premier UK event for artisanal food and beverages. Held on 11th to 12th September, it brought together a diverse group of buyers from retail, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors at Olympia. The fair showcased more than 700 gourmet food suppliers across three distinct areas: The Sustainability Zone, The Discovery Zone, and The Drinks Cabinet.

Throughout the show, an elite range of buyers, including farm shop owners, chefs, hoteliers, restaurant managers, and others, explored the latest fine food offerings. The event provided an excellent platform for product launches and brand promotions. In particular, The Drinks Cabinet catered to those seeking new premium beers, ciders, wines, and spirits, a feature that has been growing since its inception in 2018.

During the event, over 200 new market entries were welcomed at The Discovery Zone, offering start-ups the opportunity to present their innovative products. Additionally, the fair included an interactive seminar programme at the Food for Thought Stage and celebrated innovation in the food and drink community with an award ceremony.
