About this Edition
The Sweets & Snacks Expo 2025 took place from 13 to 15 May at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The event kicked off with a pre-show day on 12 May, featuring a notable Supplier Showcase and an awards ceremony. This international event, which was the second edition hosted in Indianapolis, brought together approximately 1,000 exhibiting brands from over 25 countries and attracted more than 16,000 professional visitors.
Throughout the show, the product showcase spanned a diverse array of confectionery and snack options. Attendees explored everything from chocolate and cookies to savory items like nuts and meat snacks. The exhibition also catered to growing consumer preferences with offerings such as kosher, sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, organic, and novelty products. In addition, the latest advancements in packaging, storage equipment, machinery, and software were on display, alongside marketing and logistics services.
During the event, Startup Street and the Most Innovative New Product Awards shone a spotlight on emerging trends and concepts poised to shape the future of the industry. Noteworthy award categories included Best In Show and Small Business Innovator, with a focus on various product types such as Gourmet/Premium Candy, Novelty/Licensed Candy & Snacks, Savory Snacks, and Baked Goods.
