About this Edition
The 18th edition of TASTE, a segment of the Pitti Immagine events, took place from 8 to 10 February 2025 at Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Italy. This premier trade fair showcased the richness of food, wine, and contemporary food culture.
Throughout the show, more than 700 Italian and international companies presented their finest culinary products and wine selections. The event's theme, Born under the Sign of Taste, promised a celebration of contemporary enogastronomy, offering attendees an immersive experience into the world of gourmet dishes and exotic flavors.
During the event, new exhibition zones such as the Monumental Areas and the Lorenesi Constructions drew attention with their focus on topics like heroic wines and new consumption trends.
