About this Edition
Gastronomic professionals and enthusiasts will convene for the 20th edition of TASTE, taking place from 6 to 8 February 2027 at Fortezza da Basso. Globally acknowledged as one of the most important events dedicated to the Italian gourmet and fine food industry, the trade fair will gather over 800 exhibitors, 8,500 professional buyers, and 650 media representatives to report on the most impressive moments during the dynamic three-day event.
For yet another year, Florence will host the B2C trade fair for food professionals, master chefs, culinary experts, and food lovers eager to explore the Italian food and wine offerings, establish partnerships, and make direct contacts with like-minded people. Fortezza da Basso will host key F&B brands and over 13,000 products and solutions.
