About this Edition
From 27 February to 1 March 2026, Messe Wels hosted the Energiesparmesse Wels 2026, a leading trade fair showcasing the latest in renewable energy and sustainable heating technologies. WEBUILD 2026 highlighted sectors such as Construction, Bathroom and Sanitation, and Heating and Energy. The SHK trade fair, addressing the full sanitary, heating, and air conditioning supply chain, took place from 25 to 27 February, with Construction Day on the 26th and public days from the 27th of February to the 1st of March.
Throughout the show, over 72,700 visitors explored innovative products and solutions spread over 30,500 m² of exhibition space. The range of displays included heating and thermotechnology, air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation technology, renewable energy, energy efficiency and management, bathroom and sanitary technology, installation technology, electrical engineering, construction, renovation, living, and interior design.
During the event, WEBUILD 2026 offered a robust agenda with networking opportunities, keynote speeches, lectures, panel discussions, and educational conferences. The World Sustainable Energy Days (WSED) conference delved into topics such as digitalisation and the role of AI in industry development. The WEBUILD Innovation Award was a highlight, celebrating exceptional solutions and technologies within the renewable energy sector.
